Private Instruction


Westridge Golf Club is very fortunate to have two established teachers in Director of Golf, John Thorne and PGA Head Golf Professioinal, Casey Poehling.  John Thorne has been teaching in the valley for over 15 years and has been the head instructor at Westridge for the last 8 years.  Casey Poehling is a PGA member and has over 11 years of teaching expierence as a PGA instructor. Private instruction is available for groups and individuals.

John Thorne,

  • Individual lesson rate: $35/45-minute session
  • (3) Individual lessons with (1) 9-hole playing lesson: $150.00
  • Group lesson cost will be determined upon number of students

Casey Poehling, PGA

  • Individual lesson rate: $30/ 30-minute session
  • Individual lesson rate: $60/ 1-Hour sesson
  • Group lesson cost will be determined upon number of students

 
Junior Clinics

Westridge Golf Academy will be hosting various three day golf camps and weekly classes for juniors through out the summer.  Visit our junior golf page to see a complete listing and description of the camps and clinics we will be offering. 

Adult Clinics

Westridge Golf Academy also offers a variety of adult clinics.  Classes are scheduled at times designed to fit your schedule.  We offer clinics in the evenings and on the weekends.  We will also put together a clinic for you and your peers if you can't find a class that suits your needs.
