Course Description Print E-mail

Golf at Westridge Golf Course is meant to be fun. Sounds sort of obvious doesn't it? The problem is, so many golf courses out there are designed to be fun for one level or style of play only leaving everybody else to languish in frustration.

Westridge Golf Course is fun for golfers of all skill levels no matter what your idea of fun golf is. If you're looking for a challenge provided by true championship golf, or you're idea of a good day on the links is not losing any golf balls, Westridge more than fits the bill.

Measuring a respectable 6,453-yards and carrying a slope of 124 at the blue tees and 6050-yards with a slope of 120 from the whites, course management is truely tested!
The gold tees measure 5,559-yards and reds 4991-yards both with a slope of 115.  This course was designed with the length of carry in mind from the average golfer who plays each tee.  The greens, hazards and  turning points were each placed stategically to provide an the experience desired at each of these playing levels.  It is a different course at each tee box, you choose your game!

The way the golf course is laid out makes it fun.  The water hazards, are scenic lakes and ponds throughout the course.  The greens vary in size, but are always undulating and fast--the way only bent grass greens can be fast. In fact, Westridge is the very first golf course in the area to use bent grass on the entire course, tee-to-green.  The beautiful, bent-grass fairways seem to roll across the landscape like a green carpet unrolling before you as you make your way toward the of undulating greens.

That's the beauty of golf at Westridge where the goal is to make the experience as player-friendly as possible. You can choose your challenge. We'll do our very best to make sure you do what you're supposed to do on the golf course--HAVE FUN!
