 Architect Don Bachaus is known locally in Wisconsin for his creations of Eagle Links Golf Course, Irish Waters Golf Course, and Westridge Golf Club.
Bachaus is known for his ability to use the natural contours of Wisconsin's rolling prairies to provide diversity in height and terrain without having to disturb the natural lay of the land.
His sense for the overall layout of a golf course makes his vision ideal for open prairies of the Midwest. Nowhere is that more obvious in his use of the prairie lands of Fox River Valley when he built Westridge Golf Club.
