Westridge Golf Club is very fortunate to have two established teachers in Head Professional, John Thorne and Assistant Professional, Keith Schriner. John Thorne has been teaching in the Valley for over 15 yearsand has been Head Instructor at Westridge for the last four years. Keith comes to us from Naples Florida and Illinois where he has worked as an assistant professional. Keith has had several years teaching experience and we welcome him to Westridge.
Lessons are available for groups and individuals.
- Individual Lesson Rates: $35.00/45-minute Session
- (3) Individual Lessons with (1) 9 Hole Playing Lesson: $125.00
- Group Lesson cost will be determined upon number of Students
 Junior Clinic and Junior League
Each summer, WGC hosts a week-long clinic for aspiring Junior Golfers. The clinic is for Juniors entering grades 3 - 12, and each session will last 2 hours. For those wishing to further their instruction, an Intermediate Class will be available one day per week for 6 weeks, with the opportunity to move into our Advanced class. A 9 Hole tournament with prizes will culminate the summer long program.
For the Junior League, cost is only $30.00 for the original card, and then $5.00 per round to play in a competitive league once a week against other juniors of similar age. Juniors entering grades 6 - 8 will play in our Junior High League, while Juniors entering grades 9 - 12 will participate in our High School League. This is a great way for those Juniors aspiring to play for their local High School to gain a competitive advantage over their peers!
